Can you feel the buzzzzzzzz? The holiday bustle coming on? Some of it’s good, very, very good!!!! And, some of it is tinged with a bit of frantic, cuckoo, “have-tos” and “shoulds”. Pay very close attention--feel into the difference. When you consider one of the “have-tos”...where are you feeling it? Is it a physical feeling? An emotion? Here’s a suggestion for bringing in a speck of awareness this season-- Create two lists: List 1--All the things I HAVE to do for the holidays........ This list may include parties, gifts + wrapping, travel, baking, crafting, shopping, cards, visits, decorating and cooking that feels like OBLIGATION. (OMG, I’m exhausted just writing the list :) LIST 2--What I really want to be doing during the holidays....... This list may contain items like this... Snuggle up on the couch and read a good book. (I just finished “My Grandmother Asked Me to Tell You She's Sorry”--really goooood!) Drink White Chocolate Peppermint Tea while relaxing by the fire with my sweetie Attend the 1 or 2 parties that really feel like fun Inspired shopping Putting up the holiday decorations that represent your family NOW Spend time with the LOVES in your life, cooking, crafting with the intention of connection. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Feel the difference? It’s about ALIGNMENT--with your biggest, brightest self!!!!! Your home can support this powerful shift into alignment... Our homes are the BIGGIE CONTAINER (can’t get it at the Container Store) for our “stuff”. If our homes feel chaotic, undone and constantly “out of order” chances are our lives will reflect this, as well. A quick way to instantly lift your personal chi is to handle the clutter, chaos and stagnant energy in your home (see Quick Tip above--rinse and repeat!) your whole life will reflect the transformation...watch for it! So before the “CRAZY” sets in, give a little love to your home and let it support you this holiday season. If you need support, our team is ready for action--just reply to this email and we will get back to you very soon! Have a wonderful week! Lots of Love, XOXO PHOTO CREDIT:
