We have nearly completed ‘Phase 1’ of a beautiful home on the lake--this is a quick progress picture, so you can see the colors, sofa, rug and feel the BALANCE of this room.  Here is the before shot--we got to save one of the red sofas(!):

Hi Beautiful! The treatment room of the Luxe and Lulu Esthetician Office is where the magic actually happens! When you enter the room, this is what you see! In commercial spaces, we are often limited in the paint colors and wallcoverings we can use, so we got SUPER creative and wrapped an 8X4 mural over a piece of plywood, framed it and hung it on the wall--  This mural has a gigantic impact on her space (and her clients)--Lulu asked me, “Why THIS image over all of the others?” Here’s my response:

Hi Beautiful!  This dazzling living room was completed recently--more pics to come! I wanted to share a couple of quick Feng Shui points with you-- The living room mural completely pulls the energy of this space waaaaaaaaay up (taking our fun, creative, active client with it!) This living room is now OFF THE CHARTS with pizazz. Also, and this is often overlooked, the TV in this room was moved from the opposite wall to this position taking it OUT of power. As we know, too much screen time can disrupt sleep, fill in where other activities might be more desirable, and have other health impacts. So, moving it to a position where it’s not the first thing you see when you walk in the door was our initial move and THEN upstaging it with the mural gives the TV even less meaning in this living room. _________________________________ Living Room Chi Uppers:
