❤️ Before and After ❤️ Living Room!

• Unifying the flooring with the gorgeous black porcelain tile was first--a GIANT undertaking!!!

• Adding a beautiful rug to define the living room space

• Selecting paint colors for grounding (earth-y orange) and strength (woodsy pine) and balance with the lake right outside the windows

• Replacing the second red sofa (it blocked access to the room) with two beautifully reupholstered Mid Century Modern swivel chairs and a gorgeous leather lounger by the bay windows to take in the view!

• Placing the chairs to have “a conversation” with the sofa and each other--creating a “campfire” effect (without the bugs and smoke :)
